A fusion with history

In 1956 Manolito Restaurant opened its doors in Chantada and years later, in 1969, he would move to A Coruña. It was here where during more than 50 years Lupe and Manolito would feed thousands of customers and friends, and to many companies.

Now, with the same love and passion, a new one opens its way generation, with a new name and new gastronomic ideas: “LA•CON•FUSION” a play on words that combines the traditional with the modern from the hand of Manolo and his daughter Paula.
